Matthew 25:34-40 Foundaion. Inc. was incorprated and registered with Securities and Exchange Commission on June 30, 2000 under S.E.C. registration number A200009112.

The purposes for which it was incorporated are:

• to set up a home for abandoned and poor children, educate them, provide meals and care for them
• to assist young and deserving individuals pursue their education by providing them scholarships
• do counselling : visit the sick and the prisoners
• to help provide medical assistance
• to conduct non-formal education thru street libraries
• to conduc seminars, teachings on livelihood programs in poor communities and assist market their livelihood products

Matthew 25:34-40 Foundation maintains a Drop-In Center for Street Children in the district of Paranaque, thru the coordination of Mrs. Dolly Bautista, Paranaque DSWD chief. During the wee hours of 10: 00 pm and 1 :00 a.m. the staff goes around Paranaque and "rescue" children who sleeps along the sidewalks, bring them to the center to give them meals, give them bathe, cloth them, afer which their cases will be evaluated by DSWD personnel for proper handling.

The released prisoners has the least chance of finding jobs. Mathew 25: 34-40 Foundation saw the talent of these individuals in candle making. Hence, it assisted them form a co-operative in candle making , assisted them market their products. Today, they can stand on their own and their families can now afford to send their children to school.

We have a continuing outreaches to depressed areas in the form of informal education incalcuting values formation and free medical and dental services. We continue to thank the Lord for unceasingly sending us individuals who never tire to donates old books, old clothes, used crayons, old toys , etc. These gives so much delight to the underprivileged childrren of society.
